South West Chicken, Bean, and Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 Cans black beans, 1 can sweet yellow corn, 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 avocados, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 cup brown rice (measure before cooking), 1 small can diced black olives, 1 purple onion, 3 large chicken breasts chopped and cooked
Directions
cook and cool rice and chicken, chop ingredients, mix, chill. Great as a side to bring to BBQs
