Ingredients
1 1/3 c. whole grain flour1/2 tsp. salt1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce3 tbsp. skim milk
Directions
Combine flour and salt in bowl. Blend applesauce and milk in bowl. Add to flour mixture. Stir with fork until forms large clumps. Press into ball. Flatten to form 5-6 inch "pancake". Roll between sheets of wax paper. Peel off top sheet. Flip into 9 inch pie pan. Remove other sheet. Press dough into pie plate. Trim and flute.

    I don't know what I done wrong but it didn't work out for me very chewy where the filling is and the crust that is not covered is very hard - 11/22/08
