Vegetarian 4 layered dip

Ingredients
1 can fat free refried beans1can corn1 package pre-cooked brown rice (Trader Joe's is my favorite).5 cup shredded low fat cheese1 jar of salsaLight sour creamTortilla chipsAdd a layer of beef or chicken if you are not vegetarian
Directions
Makes about 6 1-cup servings

In a square 8 inch oven dish, spread the beans on the bottom of the pan

Spread the brown rice over the beans

Spread the corn over the brown rice

Spread the cheese over the top

Cook in the oven about 15 minutes at 350 until the cheese starts to brown

Place Salsa, Chips and Sour cream in dishes and let everyone serve themselves.
