HCG P2 Cole-Slaw

Ingredients
100g/3.5oz cabbage, shreddedsauce ingredients:1 green onion, minced2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar1 tbsp water1/2 tbsp organic dijon mustard1/4 tsp mustard powderpinch celery seedsbit of salt and lots of pepper1/2 packet of stevia, to taste
Directions
In small dish mix together all sauce ingredients well. Pour in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then remove from heat for a minute before pouring over cabbage and tossing to mix. Chill for 30 minutes minimum, then serve!

The heating of the sauce is totally optional - I've done it with and without and it's great either way, but heating it really brings out the flavors well.

For P3/Lifetime add shredded carrots, broccoli, or other veggies!

    just throwing this out there since you like cole slaw...our doctor recommended sauces and dressings made by Walden Farms..no cal, no sugar, gluten free, fat free....can get them at Sprouts...anyway, they have a cole slaw one my hubby likes!! - 6/21/15
