Lambsquarters Salad

Ingredients
lambsquarters, raw, 5 oz Feta Cheese, .33 cup, crumbled Olive Oil, 1 tbspLime or Lemon Cordial, 1 oz serving, 4 servingGarlic, 1 clovePepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine washed and dried lambsquarters (trimmed of stems) with Feta cheese in large salad bowl. Whisk oil, cordial, and remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Pour over lambsquarters and toss well, just before serving.
