Banana Walnut Ricotta Muffins

flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, lemon juice, egg, vanilla, walnuts, banana, butter, ricotta cheese
Blend sugar and butter. Blend ricotta. Add egg, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend. Combine flour, salt, powder and soda and add slowly. Mash banana and mix in banana and walnuts. Put in muffin pan with papers. Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until light brown.
