Fresh Tuna Salad - no mayo

Ingredients
Ahi tuna, wild, fresh, 7.7 ozOlive Oil, 2 tbspmixed peppers, .25 cupdill pickle sandwich slices .25 cupsPepperocini 1/4 cup choppedShallots, 1/4 cup chopped
Directions
heat oil, saute shallots. Add tuna chopped into 1/4" or smaller pieces. Continue saute until tuna is just barely done. Mix in the rest of ingredients.

Hubby doesn't like onions or mayo. so this is a great alternative for tuna salad.
