Healthy Chicken Salad

6 oz Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips10 Seedless Grapes (I used green)3 strips Celery (or to taste)1 Medium Apple3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise1 tsp Dill Weed (or to taste)1 tsp White Pepper (or to taste)
Microwave chicken breast strips according to the directions on the package. Allow to cool then dice into small pieces. Place in medium bowl. Dice celery into small pieces, add to bowl. Cut grapes in quarters, add to bowl. Dice apple into small pieces approximately the same size as the chicken pieces, add to bowl. Add mayonnaise, dill weed and pepper. Mix well and taste to see if you need additional seasoning. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to develop flavors. Overnight is even better.
This is great on a sandwich or in a salad of lettuce or spinach leaves.
