Mexican Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, cubed1 tbsp. canola oil1 can Green Giant whole kernel vacuum pack corn1 can Eden black beans, no salt added1 jar Newman's Own all natural chunky salsa, mild or medium1 Tbsp. Tiger Sauce1 cup cooked brown rice1 cup low sodium chicken broth or waterSalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Saute cubed chicken in oil until pink is gone. Drain and rinse beans and corn; add both to skillet. Add salsa and broth, stirring to mix well. Stir in tiger sauce. Cover; simmer until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with reduced fat sour cream (not calculated in nutritional info).
