Sugar free, low salt Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
* 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) no salt cut green beans, drained and rinsed * 1 can (15 ounces) no salt garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed * 1 can (16 ounces) no salt red kidney beans, drained and rinsed * 2 Tbsp capers drained * 1/2 cup diced sweet red peppers * 1 cup diced onion * 1/2 cup cider vinegar * 1/3 cup vegetable oil * 1/2 cup Splenda * pepper to taste
Directions
Combine beans, capers, peppers and diced onion. Whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over bean mixture. Toss three bean salad well and chill for at least 4 hours. Store three bean salad in refrigerator.
Three bean salad serves 10 to 12.
