Ingredients
1 3/4 cup water1 envelope yeast4 T sugar1 tsp salt1/4 cup canola oil5 cups flour
Directions
Stir all ingredients except flour until yeast is dissolved. Then add flour and stir until well blended and let raise until dough is double in bulk. Punch down and work out into rolls on greased cookie sheets. Let raise again and bake for 10 minutes in 400 oven. As soon as they come out of the oven, rub tops with butter.
