Lee's Tasty Protein Bars

Ingredients
* Oats, 2.5 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup ( * Raisins, 1 cup, packed * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo * Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, 1 cup * Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp * *Spenda (packet), 8 * Pure Protein Powder Vanilla, 272 gram(s) (eight scoops) * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Next, put the syrup, egg, and vanilla in the blender. Blend for a few seconds to mix well.

Pour the mixture into the bowl and mix well.

Spray your cookie sheet with Pam.

Spread the dough out and form a square. You can shape it with your hands; it should be 1 inch thick.

Place it into a preheated oven at 325 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it and don't let it burn.

After cutting into squares, spay the tops liberally with Pam. Sprinkle the Splenda on the tops. You can hit again with the Pam if you prefer.


Take out and cut immediately before cooling.

Enjoy. My son took four to work just as I finished dusting with Spelnda. He loves them.
