Ingredients
16 oz. fresh or thawed blackberries2/3 cup milk1/8 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder1 cup sugar1 cup all-purpose flour.5 cup unsalted butter
Directions
Melt butter into 2 qt casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients except for blackberries in a separate bowl. Pour mixed ingredients on top of butter, BUT DO NOT MIX. Pour Blackberries on top of batter, BUT DO NOT MIX. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
