Asaparagus Casserole

Ingredients
1 can asaparagus (save liquid)1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup cracker crumbs1 egg1/2 cup milk1/2 cup water1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Spray baking dish with Pam and lay asaparagus in dish. Mix liquid from asaparagus, cream of mushroom soup, egg, milk, and water and layer in baking dish. Top with cheese, cracker crumbs and almonds.
Bake at 325 degrees untill bubbly about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Sounds a bit rich. I left out the cream of mushroom soup and added some bacon (I just feel the combination of asparagus and bacon is unbeatable) instead. - 4/29/09
