Mock California Roll

Ingredients
Imitation crabtofulow fat mayseasoned seaweed seasoned furikake
Directions
Use firm tofu. Wrap tofu in paper towel and drain liquid. Cut tofu into very small pieces similar to what white rice would look like! Mix 2 Tbs. light mayo with tofu. Spread tofu on the bottom of 8"x8" pan or similar in size. Slice avo as thin as possible and place on top of tofu. Mince crab and combine with 2 Tbs of mayo. Spread crab mixture on top of tofu. Sprinkle Furikake over crab mixture. Serve seasoned seaweed on side. I leave my seaweed in the plastic packages they come in. I also serve a mixture of hot mustard or wasabi on the side mixed with soy sauce.
I did not include this with calories but I don't think it matters but really puts a special touch of flavor! Serves at least 6 but if you add more seaweed it again will not add many calories. This is really a great what we call "pupu" to bring to any party.
