Slow Carb Scrambled Omelette

Ingredients
Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.50 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces Lentils, 0.25 cup (already cooked) Food Lion California Vegetables 1 cup Spicy Chilli and Garlic Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Spray pan with no calorie spray and put a tablespoon of the Spicy Chili and Garlic Sauce in pan to start

As pan warms chop chicken and veggies into smaller pieces

Once the pan starts to sizzle combine the chicken, lentils and veggies in the pan.

After they have cooked for a minutes or two (don't let them burn) and the egg beaters on top.

Cook the "mix" until eggs are hard (my preference) and then serve!

Serving Size: Make one huge serving :)
