Wasabi Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
Whole wheat bread: 2 slicesLeaf lettuce: 3 leaves (or desired amount)Cucumber: 6 slicesPolar Tuna in Water: 1/2 can, drainedWasabi Mustard: about 1 tsp, or desired amountMayonnaise: a small amountBlack Pepper: optional
Directions
Wash lettuce leaves and cucumber.
Slice cucumber.
Open and drain canned tuna.
Spread one slice of bread with wasabi mustard, and the other with mayonnaise. (Optionally, dust mayonnaise side with black pepper.)
Add tuna to the wasabi mustard side of the sandwich.
Lay cucumber slices on top of the tuna, and stack lettuce on top of the cucumber.
Put the top on the sandwich, slice in half and enjoy!
