Almond Butter, smooth or crunchy or both, 16 ozEgg, fresh, 2 large Agave Blue Light Syrup , 1 1/4 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/2 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips, 1 cup
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Prep 24 cupcake/muffin pans (liners or lightly oil).
2. Mix almond butter until smooth.
3. Add eggs and agave syrup.
4. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Pour into cupcake/muffin cups and bake 20-25 minutes.
**Brownies will sink and be very soft. Cool on wire rack until set.
