simple Chicken noodle soup

chop up all ingredients to the size your prefer most chop small note** buy chicken that is on the bones because you have to boil them.8 cups water6 oz of pulled chicken3 celery stalks3 large carrots1 medium onion2-3 cups bow tie pasta made from egg yolks you can add peas and corn nibbletsand all the spices desired
Cook chicken first by boiling in large pot with water and spices. make sure the skin is removed first.
once cooked remove from pot,skim top for fat deposits, add all other ingredients.
while they are cooking, cool chicken off. once cooled off pull meat off of bones. throw the bones away and take the pulled chicken pieces and add them to the pot. on medium heat and covered slightly let it come to a smooth boil. stir occasionally. once the vegetables are all cooked, not soft but still has a little crunch to them, turn off stove and let it cool down and then serve. some people liek to add corn niblets and peas 2-3 minutes before turning off stove. Enjoy!
