4 Medium Sweet Potatoes, cubed with skin3 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary or 1 tbsp dried2 tbsp Olive Oilsea salt to taste
Mix sweet potatoes, rosemary and salt in bowl.
Heat pan or skillet to medium high heat then add oil to cover bottom. Once oil is hot add remaining ingredients. Saute sweet potatoes until golden brown and softened, about 5 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking or burning. Serve while hot.
