Ingredients
1/2 cup Silk Light Milk (30 cals)1 Non-fat yogurt (Flavor of choice) (80 cals)SplendaIce Cubes
Directions
Put yogurt, splenda, ice cubes, and silk milk into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add splenda and ice until desired sweetness and texture is acheived. I add a few strawberries or blueberries sometimes just to give it more flavor, but it taste fine without as well!



Serving Size: Makes approx. 2 cups

    sounds delish!! i usually make warm smoothies...... cooked sorghum , strawbs, dash of carob, vanilla and cinnamon - oh and splenda... different,but tasty and filling :) i sometimes alternate it with pumpkin and chai spice , sweet breakfast treat and great for chilly mornings - 7/10/11
