Ingredients
1 Medium Cucumber1 Cup Natural Low Fat Yoghurt1 Medium OnionGarlicPaprika
Directions
- Use the nutmeg grater to grate cucumber and onion finely.
- Mix into yoghurt with paprika and garlic to taste.
- Serve alongside carrot and cucumber sticks, or spread on bread.

    (Tzatziki) It typically has fresh dill in it too and lemon juice. Greek Yogurt works best you can make your own by draining regular plain yogurt. I ususally add fresh mint when I am serving with a Greek meal. - 6/28/11
