Saucy's Chapatti

Ingredients
2 cups white flour2 cups wholegrain flour1 tbsp olive oilApprox 2 cups water2 tbsp Canola oil (for frying)
Directions
1 - Mix the flour in a large bowl, keeping about 1/2 cup back for rolling.
2 - Add oil, and stir.
3 - Gradually add water and stir, until you have a firm ball.
4 - Allow to sit for an hour (optional, but this helps the chapatti stay soft after cooking).
5 - Split into golf ball size portions.
6 - Roll into thin discs.
7 - Fry chapattis quickly in a tiny drop of oil.

    I would completely eliminate the white flour because the chapathis turn out great even without the white flour. Whole wheat flour is the best option. - 8/9/10
