!/2 bag frozen tesco vegetarian soya mince1 onion2 garlic cloves1 tsp chilli powder (more if you like it hot)1 tin mixed bean salad, draianed4 tblsp tomato puree1 tin chopped tomatoes2 tblsp olive oil4 tblsp cooked green lentils (tinned are fine)
fry chopped garlic and onion in oil. add soya mince after 3 mins plus chilli powder, tinned tomatoes, puree, beans, and tinned lentils, and enough water to thin it slightly (about 1/2 the tomato tin). simmer gently for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. serve with brown rice, jacket potato or rustic wholemeal bread.
