Simple and Chunky Applesauce

  • Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 large apples, such as Fuji (not Granny Smith)1 teaspoon lemon juiceCinnamon to taste
Directions
1. Peel and core apples
2. Cut up into chunks
3. Place in saucepan and add lemon juice
4. Stir to make sure lemon juice coats all chunks
5. Heat and simmer until soft. Mash as desired.
6. Add cinnamon to taste.
