Chicken Sausage with Peppers & Onions

Ingredients
1 package Hartmann's Chicken Supremo Sausage (6 links)120 grams Onions, Sliced120 grams each Red & Green Bell Pepper, sliced into 2.5 inch peices2 tbsp Wegmans Basting OilSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat Grill for 10 minutes while preparing.

Prepare Onions & Pepper Mix:
1) Combine Peppers and Onions in a large mixing bowl with Basting Oil, Salt, and Pepper. Toss so everything is coated.
2) Place mixture into a grill pan, and cover with foil tightly.

Prepare Sausage:
1) Take out of package ;)

Grilling:
1) Grill pepper mixture and sausage about 10 minutes each, or until desired done-ness.
2) Combine and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings: 1 sausage link & 66 grams of pepper onion mix
