Basic weight watchers muffin

Ingredients
1 1/4 C flour1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 C milk1 tbsp Canola Oil3 Egg whites1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract1/8 C Sugar1/2 tbsp Baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar
Combine milk, canola oil, egg whites, vanilla extract
Create a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients.
Spoon into 6 baking cups
Bake for 25-30 minutes
