Peanut Butter Protein Cookies with Dairy-free Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats1T natural peanut butter1 scoop GNC Whey Protein Isolate 28 Vanilla1 egg white2 packets Truvia1/2 tsp baking powder1/8 cup Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (30 grams)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients.

Form into 1/2T sized balls.

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake approx. 10 minutes.

Makes 16 bite sized portions.
