1 can chicken breast drained2/3 cup celery diced2/3 cup cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced1/3 cup green pepper diced1/3 cup red pepper diced1/3 cup radishes cut into matchsticks1/2 cup onion diced4 tablespoons dill relish3 tablespoons mayo2 tablespoons Ken's lite northern Italian with basil and Romano salad dressing
Directions
put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well-can spread on bread-stuff a pita or top a bed of lettuce.
