D's Divine Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6 oz. cooked boneless, skinless chicken (you can use baked, boiled or broiled)1/2 c. Greek non-fat plain yogurt2 Tbsp. Spicy brown mustard1 medium celery stalk dicedLemon pepper to taste
Directions
Dice or shred cooked chicken. Mix all ingredients together well and chill. This can be served on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich or wrap.
