Onion-Tomato Masala

Ingredients
2 Pounds Onions2 Pounds Tomatoes2/3 Cup Oil
Directions
Chop Onions in Food Processor
Heat Oil in large nonstick stock pot.
Add Onions to Oil and cook for 10-15 mins.
Add ginger-paste and cook until golden brown.
Puree tomatoes in food processor.
Add to stock pot and cook until oil separates from mixture. approx 10-15 mins.
