Chicken Burrito

Ingredients
1 Lb. Chicken Breast4 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Pkg Taco seasoning1 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes w/lime & cilantro1 cup prepared white rice
Directions
Cut up the chicken breast in bite-sized pieces and cook in olive oil. When the chicken is cooked, add the taco seasoning. While this is cooking, prepare the rice per pkg directions. When the rice is done, add the tomatoes.

Serve w/sour cream, lettuce, cheese.
