Ingredients
2 package shiratake fettuccini tofu noodles4 laughing cow garlic & herb cheese wedges2 Tbsp fat free sour creem1-8oz pkg sliced mushroom-cooked1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (drained)1 package cooked chopped spinach (frozen)1/2 cup normandy frozen vegetable blend1 Tbsp parmesean romano grated cheese1/3 cup fire roaste peppers - chopped1 cup diced cooked chicken (8oz)3/4 tsp gourmet garden basil blend (paste)1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Rise noodles very well & then ppat dry eliminating ALL moisture. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except LC wedges & sour cream). In separate bowl melt together in microwave the laughing cow wedges and sour cream. Add to mixture and mix well. Cut noodles if necessary to make them incorporate well. Makes 4 servings.
