Teriyaki marinade

Ingredients
1/3C soy sauce1/3C brown sugar1/3C water1tsp crushed garlic1/2tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients (use hot water to dissolve sugar). Marinate meat for at least 3 hours before cooking. Marinade can be poured over meat while cooking.

Serving Size: Makes 1 cup marinade, enough for 1kg beef
