Hoagie Rolls

Ingredients
5 tsp. yeast1/4 cup splenda2 cups warm water3 tbsp. melted unsalted butter2 tbsp. salt6-7 cups flourcornmeal1 egg white
Directions
Dissolve splenda in water and add yeast; let sit. Melt butter and add with salt to yeast. Mix in flour 1 cup at a time. Knead - it will be finished when you can tear the dough, roll into balls, and stretch to form a transparent window. Let rise 40 minutes. Grease pans and dust with cornmeal. Roll dough into long, thin logs and place 3 inches apart. Let double inside. Cook at 400`F until brown. Slash each one every 1 1/2"; brush with egg white.
