Sour Cherry Cobbler

5 cups sour pitted cherries1/2 cup sugar1 tsp anilla1 tsp lemon juiceIn a bowl mix together1 1/3 cup flour2 tblsps sugar1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp salt5 tblspoons oil (I used sunflower oil)One 4 oz container vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon Light Activa, Vanilla flavored
Mix together cherries, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon juice. Set aside and let sugar dissolve.
In a seperate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add wet ingredients and combine until a soft dough forms.
Roll into a loose ball and cut into 12 equal parts.
Spray a 12 section muffin tin with oil. Divide cherry mixture into muffin tin, Top with topping and pat down lightly. Sprinkle with a little additional sugar. Bake ate 375 for 20-25 minutes-or until topping is browned.
