Banana choc-chip muffins

1 medium ripe banana1 C/250mls milk1 egg1/4C/60g Margarine melted1 1/2C/180g Self raising flour1/2C/120g sugar3/4C/120g Chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl mash the banana, add the milk, egg, and melted margarine. Mix well.
Stir the flour, sugar and choc chips into the banana mixture, mix only until combined.
Spoon the mixture into well greased muffin tins or patty cases.
Bake in an oven 190 degrees C/370 degress F for 20 minutes.
