Tangy Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar1/2 cup orange juice1/4 cup water2 tbsp honey1/8 tsp ground allspice1 (12 oz) package cranberries1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil using medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 12 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally. Cool before serving.

    This was great, healthy, and very easy! It has a strong flavor and everyone in my family really enjoyed it when I made it for Thanksgiving. You can experiment with putting different stuff in it -- I skipped the allspice and added a dash of cloves and ginger. Yummy recipe! - 11/22/07
