Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large (4 egg white only)1.5 cups of sliced/diced celeryOikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz Honey Mustard, 2 tspVlasic Kosher Dill Spears, 3 oz Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tspadditional pepper or sea salt to taste.
Directions
grill chicken breasts. dice into bite size pieces. Hard boil eggs. Use 2 whole eggs and only 4 whties - dice into bite size pieces. Dice or slice celery and pickles while chicken and eggs are cooking. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
makes 3 2- cup servings.
