Chicken Tomato Basil Pizza

For the toppings:2 skinless chicken breast, deboned, shredded (grilled is good)1 medium ripe tomato, very thinly sliced 1 small onion, very thinly sliced10 very thin strips Red Peppers10 very thin slices portabella mushrooms12 basil leaves, whole or chopped For the sauce:1 tsp dried rosemary1 clove garlic, minced1/4 cup extra light olive oil1/2 cup Kraft low fat parmesan cheese, gratedFor the crust:All whole wheat pizza Dough (for 2 12" pizzas or one large pizza)
Assemble, shape, and cook pizza dough according to directions.
Mix rosemary, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan cheese - spread evenly on cooked pizza dough. Arrange toppings on top.
Place in 425 oven until toppings are lightly browned. Watch closely. I've never timed the prep or cooking times.
Add or take away veggies to your liking.
Serving Size: Makes 2-12 inch pizzas
