1/2 cup of 2% milkStoneyfarm Strawbery low fat yogurt 1/2 cupBlueberries frozen or any fruit .75 cupmuscle milk light protein powder strawberry flavor, 1 scoophandful of ice cubes
Directions
place ice into the blender, then add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until mixed and enjoy :)
