Tzatziki - Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz container nonfat plain yogurt, drained1/2 english cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced2 T. dill, dried2 cloves garlic, or 1 large, grated1 T. onion powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Placed yogurt in a lined colander to strain for about an hour or two, depends on how you prefer the consistancy. Longer straining time will give thicker results.

Mix all other ingredients into the strained yogurt and enjoy!
