Beef chuck, 1 lbGood Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 3 tspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupGreen Beans (snap), 1 cup*Potato, raw, 9 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Pepper, black, 1 dash
Spray pot with non-stick spray. Wash & quarter potatoes. In a gallon zip lock bag mix your Italian Seasoning mix, your meat and the olive oil until coated. Place meat on bottom of pot, adding whatever excess drippings from bag on top. Next add your water around the base of the meat. Follow this with the potatoes placed around the meat and finally your beans and corn. Top it off with a dash of black pepper and the minced garlic. Cover and set on Low.
