chocolate & red wine cake

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 200 grams Plain white flour (UK), 250 g Egg, fresh, 4 mediumButter, unsalted, 200 grams Semisweet chocolate, 125 grams Red Wine, 200 mL Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp cinamonm 3 tsp
Directions
Mix flour with baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the eggs with the butter (previously melted), then add the red wine, sugar, cocoa, cinamon, sugar and, finally, grated chocolate. Mix with the flour,
Grease pan with butter and flour.
Cook at 180ª C (356 F) for 60 minutes in preheated oven.
