Cod Salsa

Ingredients
1 Sam's frozen cod fillet (3 oz)2 T Sam's chunky salsa1 T butterdash saltdash peppersprinkle of fish rub1/2 lemon
Directions
Preheat skillet and melt butter. Season cod with salt, pepper and fish rub. Brown fish on both sides, and squeeze lemon juice on both sides. Top with salsa and cook covered on medium until done.
