Whole moong pesarattu

Ingredients
2 cups whole moong5-6 green chillies2" ginger rootsalt to taste
Directions
Soak all ingredients for about 2-3 hrs. Grind to a semi-fine batter by adding enough water while grinding. Add salt to taste. Use about 1 ladle of batter to spread on a non-stick pan. 1/2 oil (optional) around the edges to cook it to a golden brown color.

Serve with chutney.
