Vanilla Crepe with Fresh Strawberries and Blueberries

Ingredients
3/4 cup egg whites1T GNC Whey Protein Isolate 28 Vanilla1 packet Truvia1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup fresh sliced strawberries1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Mix crepe ingredients and allow to sit for a minute before cooking. This allows the cinnamon to become thoroughly mixed in.

Lightly spray a large skillet pan with canola oil.

Once pan is hot, gently pour the egg mixture into the pan. It will only take a minute or two to cook. Once it is "set", place fruit on 1/2 of the crepe and fold over the far edge of the crepe to form a packet.

Carefully remove from the skillet.
