Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice1/4 cup packed light brown sugar3 tbsp Smart Balance Light buttery spread
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
3.. In a large pot, boil sweet potatoes whole until soft.
4. Remove skins and dice into bite-sized pieces.
5. Mix sweet potatoes, crushed pineapple, brown sugar & margarine in prepared baking dish.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until casserole is mushy with no excess water in the dish.
