Jessica's Egg Salad Sandwich

3 Large Hard boiled Eggs6 Slices of Autumn Grain Bread 1.5 TBS Mayo 1 TS Mustard 1 Dash Salt 1 Dash Pepper
Directions
Combine in medium size bowl and mash with a fork until you reach consistency you desire. Toast bread and make sandwiches.
