Mom's Favorite Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 15-oz can cut green beans1 15-oz can yellow wax beans1 15-oz can garbanzo beans1 15-oz. can dark red kidney beans1 15-oz. can cut green beans1/2 chopped green pepper1/2 chopped onion1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used a combination of olive and canola)1/2 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup Splenda1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place canned beans in a colander to rinse and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over bean mix. Chill and serve.
